You can paint your sky in any colour you want. Always follow your dreams. There's no need to change the colour of your sky for anyone. Ever. Everyone has their own sky.
In this scene from the movie, Aisha's elder brother Ishan is scolded by his teacher for painting the sky pink. He narrated this incidence to his mother Aditi and she explains to him that we have the freedom to decide the colour of our sky. After all, we all paint the sky of our life with our aspirations, stories, emotions and desires. Don't let anybody change the colour of your sky.

The song begins with a scene where Aditi is riding a motorbike along with Nilesh on the streets of Chandni Chowk and pretending to be his friend. So that they don't get caught. Breaking all the stereotypes of society and listening to her heart.

Aditi confess I feel a little apprehension. As I am making my way through this old house alone. I'm scared. I'm climbing the old ladder alone what would gonna happen if I fall? if I get hurt?
To which Nilesh replies There is nothing to fear about. I'm right there for you. We would climb the ladder together. We won't let each other to fall. Time may be hard sometimes but we won't give up on each other.

We all have a limited time here on this earth, and none of us really know exactly when that time will come to an end. Stop worrying about how bad things may end. Stop stressing over the small stuff, and holding onto anger or grudges, or carrying around past regrets, or worrying about things we can’t change.
Learn to live your life to the fullest. Don't ever stop making memories with people. Listen to your own feelings, and follow your own guidance. Live life the way you want. Be happy and feel alive. The heart is just a pumping machine so stop worrying about it and make your dreams rise above the sun, make your heart beat for the dreams you wanna live.
